Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home. ****English/Spanish Bilingual Case**** Pay: LPN: $25.00 + Pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability. Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours. Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours. Schedule: Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less Requirements Role Overview: We are seeking motived LPN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Colorado Springs to care for a Pediatric patient with PDN needs for GTube and TPN. This candidate must be proficient in Spanish speaking. Key Responsibilities: Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. Qualifications: Active RN/LPN License. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Current BLS Certification. Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
